We made the name, the concept, a mascot and four visual styles to choose from, then 120+ screens over 4 rounds of design.
You get a design for your app or website that you can click through, show to the people it's for and change before anyone writes code. We make the user flows, the screens for iPhone, Android and the web, a clickable prototype and the Figma files you keep. Design on its own comes in three packages: a UX audit for $2,500, MVP design with a clickable prototype for $5,000-11,000 and full product design for $11,500-25,000. Other design work is $39-55 an hour. If we build the product too, design is part of an MVP at $5,000-15,000, typically 2-4 weeks. Clients rate us 4.8 out of 5 on Clutch from 70 reviews.
Files your developers can build from, and a prototype you can put in front of people before the product exists.
A map of every step a person takes: sign-up, the main task, payment and what happens when something goes wrong. Gaps show up here, while they're cheap to fix.
iPhone, Android and the web each have their own habits, so we adapt the screens instead of copying them. For Kanku we adapted the design for phones and tablets on both platforms.
You tap through the app on your phone as if it were built. Show it to users and see where they get stuck before you pay for development.
Colors, fonts, buttons and form fields live in one Figma library. New screens match the old ones, and developers reuse parts instead of drawing them again.
For when you start from zero. For EasySpk we picked the name, drew the logo and illustrations and chose the fonts and colors. Akler got its own mascot.
The Figma files and the prototype are yours. Any team can build from them, and so can we.
Apple and Google review every app before anyone can download it. So besides the main screens, we design the ones the stores check and the ones that sell your plans.
Apple wants account deletion inside the app, in-app purchase for digital plans, and a login that keeps the email private if you offer Google login. We draw these screens from the start. When Apple turned HealthyNikah down as one more dating app, we removed the dating language, appealed and got it approved.
Kosmo offered three plans from its first release. After launch we reworked its login, splash and subscription screens based on what users said, and Kosmo reached 64% conversion on Google Play.
EasySpk is a voice keyboard for iPhone, so people use it inside every other app they open. We designed the keyboard, the app and the landing page in one style.
MVP design for one platform is about 15-25 screens with a clickable prototype and one user test: $5,000-11,000 in 3-5 weeks. A second platform and admin screens come with full product design at $11,500-25,000.
A digital product is more than an app. It has different kinds of users, an admin side, a brand and a website that brings people in. Our digital product design services cover all of these, so they look and work like one product. Full product design with a design system costs $11,500-25,000 and takes 8-12 weeks.
| Part of the product | What we design | Where we did it |
|---|---|---|
| The idea | Who the product is for and its one main task, then the flows, before any screens | BookWA changed from a book review generator into a social app over 9 rounds of design. |
| Each kind of user | A separate view for each role that shows only what that role needs | Koncierge has its own view for the payment provider, merchants and local agents. AggloPay has one set of tools for merchants and one for admins. |
| Brand and website | Name, logo, illustrations, fonts and colors, and a landing page in the same style as the app | EasySpk and Biella |
| Design system | Colors, fonts and components in one Figma library, so new screens match the old ones | Part of full product design |
| Testing with users | A clickable prototype in front of people from your audience, then changes | BookWA was tested with a thousand real users, who became its first community. |
Many projects reach us with screens another team made. We keep the parts people use and fix the places where they give up.
BookWA came with another team's design that had gaps in its logic. We suggested a fresh start, and the new design went through 9 rounds. The app got 1,000+ downloads in its first 2 weeks.
Project Steps had a working MVP from another team. We redesigned 60+ screens in 1.5 weeks and put the daily stats on one home screen.
In HealthyNikah, search and filters moved into the main feed, and the separate search page went away. Profile screens got clearer sections in the brand's own style.
After Kosmo launched, we reworked the login, splash and subscription screens based on user feedback. Kosmo reached 64% conversion on Google Play.
You see the screens and can change them before anything is built. Design gets its own calls with you, as it did on HealthyNikah.
| Step | What we do | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Scope | We agree who the product is for, the one main task and what waits for later. | A short written scope |
| Flows and wireframes | We map every step and sketch the screens in black and white, so the logic is right before we work on the looks. | Flows and wireframes you can comment on |
| Visual design | We pick a style, or follow your brand, and design each screen. You ask for changes until you're happy with it. | Final screens in Figma |
| Prototype and testing | We link the screens into a clickable prototype and test it with people from your audience. | A prototype on your phone and a list of fixes |
| Handoff or build | We prepare the design system and notes for your developers, or our team builds the product. | Files ready to build from |

Brand and website
A new logo, fonts, colors and brand guidelines, then the website design. Lead generation got up to 60% more efficient.
The price follows the amount of work. These six things decide most of it.
A first version needs only the main screens. A full product needs far more: we designed 220+ screens for Dusfer, a planner app.
iPhone only is the quickest. Android, the web and tablets each add their own versions of the screens.
If you have a logo, fonts and colors, we follow them. If you don't, we make them first.
Each round of feedback adds time. BookWA went through 9 rounds while it changed from a review generator into a social app.
Your team needs screens too. For Ginger Snail we designed the admin panel where staff add study content.
Testing a prototype with users takes extra days, and a wrong turn costs less to fix in a prototype than in code.
We sell design on its own in three packages. Where your project lands inside a range depends on the number of screens and rounds of changes. Anything outside the packages costs $39-55 an hour.
Hire us as your UX audit agency when your product is live, people drop off and you want a fix list before paying for a redesign. In 1-1.5 weeks we go through your main flows (sign-up, the main task, payment), your analytics if you have them, and check accessibility. You get the problems ranked by what they cost you, with sketched fixes for the top ones. The price is fixed, and you can buy the audit on its own.
In 3-5 weeks we agree the scope, map the user flows, sketch wireframes and design about 15-25 screens for one platform. You get a clickable prototype on your phone, one test with people from your audience, 2 rounds of changes, a style guide and the Figma files. It suits a founder who has developers, or will hire them, and wants the design before the first build or a fundraise. If you then build the product with us, what you paid for the design counts toward the build.
This is for a product with several user roles or platforms, or a live product that needs a full redesign. In 8-12 weeks you get everything in the MVP package for about 50-80 screens, plus a second platform or the web, admin screens, a Figma design system (colors, fonts, components), a test round and notes for your developers.
Our rates are public. A free estimate tells you what your design will cost before we start.
| Option | What you pay | Fits when |
|---|---|---|
| Design only, by the hour | $39-55 an hour. Design projects start at $5,000, except the $2,500 UX audit. | You have developers, or want to test the idea on a prototype before you build |
| Design and build (MVP) | $5,000-15,000, typically 2-4 weeks, with the design of the main screens included | You want the design and a working product from one team |
| Redesign of a live product | $39-55 an hour, or the full product design package | Your product works, but people get lost or drop off |
What an MVP includes, what happens each week and the apps we launched.
Native iPhone apps in Swift, or one app for iPhone and Android, and the apps we built.
For first-time and non-technical founders: the co-founder option, a fractional CTO and help after launch.
What moves the price up or down, and what other agencies charge for an MVP.
Matching, safety, subscriptions and App Store rules for dating apps, and the ones we built.
Already started with another team? A code audit first, then we take the project over.
